America and Europe delivery time can take between 5-12 days, and shipping costs will vary depending on location.

General Information 
All orders are subject to verification and quality controls prior to shipment.
Mjm nutrition is not responsible for shipping or other delays which are beyond its control, such as poor weather conditions, acts of god, natural disasters, or customs delays in the recipient country. Please note you may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order.

What Happens If Accidentally Put Down The Wrong Address?
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect we, unfortunately, cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you.
If you have made a mistake when ordering an item please get in touch and we will attempt to update your delivery address if your item has not been dispatched.

International Shipping 
Mjm nutrition ships to United Kingdom, Europe and America shipping costs will vary depending on your location.

International Duty and Tax   
Please note that duty, taxes and/or customs fees may apply for international orders. In some cases, the carrier may collect duty or taxes upon delivery. Mjm nutrition is not responsible for these duties, taxes and/or fees. If these charges are billed to Mjm nutrition by the carrier, we reserve the right to charge your credit card on file without notice. Orders placed using a credit card with an international billing address will go through a process of fraud verification, which may delay the delivery time of your order. All international orders must have the same billing and shipping address.

Public/Shared Addresses
If an item is ordered to an address which is accessible by other people such as a workplace or shared accommodation (e.g. university halls of residence) you are responsible for the collection of all items and we will not cover any stolen or missing items in such scenario.

Return and Refunds

Mjm nutrition will not accept any returns or exchanges on products purchased due to health regulations.

Only damaged and defective goods can be replaced, in such cases, please contact our support team at along with forwarding us any images of the defect/damage. Please contact us within 7 days of when you receive the item.

We are unable to offer replacements without any proof of defect/damage.

Depending on your location, your replacement item shipping dates may vary.

Exchanges, replacement and refunds due to incorrect and inaccurate addresses in the original order are prohibited as the buyer is solely responsible for providing accurate and timely shipping information.

The management is not responsible for these type of errors and each buyer is responsible to give due diligence in this matter.

Replacements are limited to the original order and any exchanges in brand, potency, design or color of the item is not allowed.

To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase, along with important details such as your order number, full name and email used to contact you.

In certain situations, only partial refunds can be granted and any returns done are based on the sole discretion of the brand. The management retains and reserves the right to refuse any refunds or returns should the item be returned in a less than satisfactory state.

The management is in no way responsible for the return costs and all return postage is to be borne and covered by the returnee.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item along with the approval or rejection of your refund. This may take anywhere between 3-6 business days to be processed.

Exclusions to returns and refunds include incorrect shipping details provided by the buyer in the initial order along with sale bought items.

Late/Missing Refunds
Refunds may take anywhere between 7 to 14 business days to process, depending on the speed of the financial institution processing your request. If you have yet to receive the refund within the time frame, please contact your financial institution along with contacting our support team using the “Contact Us” tab.
